Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may come to the Clerk's office to pick up voter registration forms, absentee ballot applications, raffles license applications, and more. Dog and cat license applications are issued/processed by the Madison Board of Health at 28 Walnut Street (973) 5933079, Ext. 3058.
